cancelation policy
*Cancellations within 12 hours and failure to show up for scheduled appointment is subject to a charge of 50% of the service scheduled appointment. This policy is to compensate stylists for their time, and to insure clients on a waitlist have the opportunity to book in cancelled time slots.
